Terms of service

1. The service

Mailtria provides tools to view, check, repair, split, merge, deduplicate and convert email files (PST, OST, MBOX, EML, MSG). The tools run in your web browser on your computer; your files are not uploaded to us (see the privacy policy).

2. Your files and your responsibility

• Use the tools only on files you are allowed to access and process.
• Our tools never change your original files; they always write new ones. Still, keep a backup of important data before working with it.
• You are responsible for keeping the results you save.

3. Accounts

Some features need an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. One free account per person; free runs are for trying the tools.

4. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are one-time purchases that unlock the tools described on the pricing page for the period stated there.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, the merchant of record, which may add taxes required where you live.
• The Pro plan is for your own mailboxes; the Technician plan allows use on mailboxes of others you work for, such as clients.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload the site, to get around plan limits, or to use the tools on data you have no right to process. You may not resell the service or copy our engine and website.

6. Our software

The site, the engine and their content belong to Mailtria. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the tools; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

7. No warranty

We check every result the tools produce and tell you what could not be recovered or converted, but damaged files cannot always be fully recovered, and no software is free of errors. The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may change these terms, and will update the date above and tell account holders about significant changes. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer rights you have where you live are not affected.
