Help us help you

Which tool you used and in which browser (for example "Split PST in Chrome on Windows 11").
What happened, and the error code if one was shown (it starts with PST-).

Please do not send us your PST or other mail files. We never need them, and keeping your mail off our systems is the point of the product.
