Refund policy

Before you pay

Every tool has a free preview and the viewer and health check are free, so you can see what a tool will do with your file before buying. A free account also includes 3 full runs.

When we refund

• The tool did not work on your file, and we could not fix it after you wrote to us: a full refund.
• You bought by mistake or bought twice: a full refund, if you ask within 14 days and have not used the paid plan for a full run.

Write to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase with the email address you paid with and what happened. Please do not attach your mail files: describe the problem and, if the tool showed one, include the error code (it starts with PST-) or the report it let you save.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. The plan ends when the refund is issued.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
